I just got a call. An automated message said they were looking for someone, who is a defendant and asked that I notify that person of the call along with a case number. No business name was given. No business seems to come up when I do a reverse look-up.

Sounds like a phony debt collector scam.

Keeps calling, never leaves the name of agency just a number.  Stating I would be "seved". I have no idea why.  Keeps asking for me to call them, I refuse as they've never stated the nature of their business nor their name.  Sounds like a scam.  Called my son today, I told my son that I had checked into the number about 2 months ago and it was for a payday loan.  I've NEVER had a payday loan or a car title loan.  I told my son to block their number.  

They called my grandmother and i havent talked to her in over 10 years, said that i used her as a reference.They scared her saying that they needed to talk to me of i would have a warrant out for my arrest. Umm i dont even know her phone number. When i called them with the "case number" they didnt answer and they answering machine identified them as an investigative dept. I hung up. I then got online and tried to do a reverse look up of the phone number and nothing. Then i found this sight and now I know its a scam. Not going to call back. I told my step mom to tell my grandma its just a collection agency trying to use this as a scare tactic. Soooo not cool.

They called me saying a dept i owed i had already payed....plus contacted the people that i paid said ignore them ...well i have but also they say  same things  about court and stuff...dummies wouldn't even take take the documents that o have showing payed dept...scam for sure.

Automated call searching for a Megan Jones CR 2014-56668.  I called back this # and got a young lady in the "investigations"  who seemed confused and surprised by my call.  I could hear what I would describe as "boiler room" phone calls being made in the background.  She said "I'm sorry" and after I asked her if that is what I heard,  put me on hold...bland music...

I called the number and a young lady answered and said that it was a law firm, the investigative dept. I gave the them the case number they left on my answering machine and said I don't know this person you are looking for and they said that the person had me down as a reference.

This company keeps calling looking for a defendant. They leave a message with a case number, however this is not a law firm. Looks like they looking for a debtor. The name of the company they use when you call back is Sanderson Blaine and Associates and the operator cant even tell you what they were calling you for. a Nick Blaine wanted me to confirm my name and my social when i called back. I know for fact i dont owe any debt but clearly my phone number was used by someone before. This is an SCAM... DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY REACH YOU ON THE PHONE.

This is a BOGUS Piece of S**t collection company!!I received a call saying they were investigators as did my son, using MY name. I kept calling them back and would get different stories. One was saying they were trying to locate me to serve a subpoena so as the prosecuting attorney wouldn't have to. I then asked what County, state or Federal organization they represented...they choked. This is a sham that makes you look bad to those they contact looking for you, makes you sick to your stomach as you have no idea what it is at first and I know this can;t possibly be legal. They will ask if they can record you...play them at their game. say SURE...then speak Chinese and keep saying "u ahhhs ho! ass hooo"!  Just bill collectors folks!!!

I received a call with my ex-husbands middle name and last name as a "Defendant" - I asked who they are and what they represent and they had no answer, said they would remove my name. I think I have to check my credit, something is fishy! Why won't Congress enact a better plan against fraudulent companies buying old PAID for debts???

I received my first call today.  They left a message & I hesitated to return the call but eventually did.  They were very cautious about what they told me.  When I finally identified me as the person they were trying to contact, I was told they were attempting to collect a debt (credit card) that was discharged in a bankruptcy three years ago.  The lady got real nasty and I told her to call my attorney or the bankruptcy court.  When I was done talking, she had hung up.  I think this company is going back trying to collect old debts.  Sadly, though, I've heard that if you acknowledge the debt, they have the right to try to collect it irregardless of the debts history.  Some are charged off, discharged in bankruptcies, etc. where people think the debt is finally gone.  Then, these types of people/agencies/law firms get the right to collect them again.  I'm never going to answer another call from this number again.

Have no clue who this is. They ask for someone that I have no idea who they are and give a case number. SCAMMER'S.  I will not answer my phone. So beware people if you give these idiots any info they will ruin your credit and rob you blind.

Received call from 855-719-1725 on work  representing Sanders and Associates in Tallahassee Florida, representing a court case in the Tallahassee Judical system that does not appear.

This number 855-719-1725 called me looking for my brother, but would not give me any details.

Called my mom leaving an automated vmail looking for me! Why would they be calling my mom when I don't use her number.

Called my husband saying im a defendant and gave a case number. Wont answer my calls when I call back. At work I was told someone was asking about my whereabouts.  Wtf

I just recieved a call from the 855-719-1725 I said unfamiliar number so I end the call so the call went to VM and as usual these damn ppls and harrassing a** companies threating to sue for a debt that  the company aint being named, I stated go head and do whatcha have to do so why do the company keep calln with all the harassing a** calls.
