855 724 2706 display says Toll Free Service called my landline mid afternoon Western.
No msg left = can't be up to anything good / annoying.

calls several times a month.  Google 855 area code....charges are to the called party.

Call was recorded and appeared to be an automated survey by 'Strategic Research'. I blacklisted it for the future.

Seems like a survey/telemarketing number... They called me on a Sunday..which is annoying.

Called and left voicemail, because their automated system could not recognize it wasn't a real person. They recommended themselves as Strategic Research (fancy name for telemarketers) and wanted me to respond to 15 questions.

Robocaller too stupid to recognize voivemail box. The web address they left in the message is bogus. High probability it is a scam.

Called today at 17:13 PST.  Blocked the number.

Had this phone me today. Only after recently blocking another number that was phoning and leaving no message.  No message, I don't ever return calls without knowing who I'm phoning...

A WHOIS search of their IP Address shows that it is registered to: PERFECT PRIVACY, LLC, described as “Organization”, 12808 Gran Bay Parkway West, Jacksonville, Florida 32258  Registrant phone 1 570 708-8780  It appears to be a US company doing surveys (legally or illegally?) in Canada.

In Canada, it is illegal to call persons to sell products and services. HOWEVER, companies can perform political surveys, and charities may call. It is most likely a political survey from this company.

Called right after 4165811076 (another unknown number) called my phone at 6pm pst. Did not answer either call and no vm let by either

Called twice I picked up and by said that someone gave my name address all my personal information and that my friend was the one to give them my name.

Call received.  I let it go to answering machine.  No message left.

Spam.
Ran till I got an answering machine never picked up no message
