    Yeah I pay my mortgage on the 5th every month and they have the freakin nerve to call me on the 5th because it hasn't gone thru yet. [***] not even due until the 15th. I blocked their number just now.

    They do that to me also. In all the yrs I have had this loan I have never missed a payment, been set up on auto-pay and they  still call. I hate this company.

    Same here! Flag state calls every month, although we have never been late on a payment. We usually pay sometime the first week in the month and still get this call. Unreal.
