Scumbags were calling to tell me my anti virus is expiring and it will cost $298 for another year. Total bs -- people must fall for it otherwise they wouldn't do it.

They called, said they were GIT Solutions, that I had purchased McAfee and Norton from them and would charge my credit card

Message said they were canceling subscription for computer services if I did not call, but they would put a team on it if it did not get debited ? But then if it got paid can't get money back once it's credited to their acct? VERY CONTRADICTORY.  Either you are canceling the service or not and if so, then don't charge me for a service you no longer provide and why do I need to call? Just cancel it and send the letter or email, & don't take out anymore money.AND, why can't you leave the name of your company?  Why does it say 800 Service on caller ID? Suspicious!
