I purchased a new "Tagg" brand pet tracker for my dog which boasts a battery life of up to 30 days. however after a week it has yet to hold a charge more than 2 days. I posted on their Facebook page this complaint and they attempted to call me to help fix the issue. At first I was impressed they called. Now I learn that even though they called me, I get charged by the minute with no warning? How much? 10 cents? $100? who knows. I find it very hard to believe this is not illegal in the country.
