Claimed they are a document delivery company.

Their ask me for personal information and they said that I have a warrant from their customer. But they don't give me any information about who's calling.

Call from an unknown number.  Left a voice mail for a person who I am not familiar with and is not at this residence.
Transcript:"Good afternoon my name is Lisa Bennett I'm contacting  (Full Name) today in reference to the complaint that has been forwarded to my office. File number 196596-01. Mr. (Last Name) if you wish to discuss the pending action being filed or you have questions or concerns you will need to contact the firm in control of your file. Contact them at 855-738-8732. Upon contact reference previously mentioned the filing number. That number again is 196596-01. (First Name) if there's no response. The firm will proceed without your consent."

I just got a call from them too. Thought it was weird they didn't describe what document and who exactly they were. Did you call them back to see what it was about?

Just got this call this afternoon. Said they had a document forwarded to his office and gave a file number for it but nothing on what the document is. Gave his first and last name but nothing on the company he works for or represents. Says if I want to discuss it to call him and gives me a file number to use. If I don't respond they will proceed without my consent. It's a threatening call so guessing debt collector but I find it weird they leave no info on who they are and what the document is for. Probably to lure me into a call with them. If I knew it's for a debt they know I won't call but if it's something scary and unknown I'm more likely to call. Fear tactic
