CRS locating services, update my address

Said trying to reach me reguarding a civil claim. Says his name is Simon Riley, I believe its a scam. I guess I will find out.

“Nicole” from some vague “department” called a few times then left a voicemail and name dropped my estranged father’s name concerning a “pre-litigation”  Civil case. Decided to google the number after my co-worker suspected it was a scam and now read the messages on this site. Not gonna call back now.

“Hello this is Nicole rest of the Department of _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ at the rest in _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ I'm calling for responding Patrick McGauran my office has been retained to achieve a statement under a pre-litigation complaint that _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ by our client _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ case number 330-5007 now prior to any further proceedings understand why you were allocated only 48 hours to respond with the formal statement easier sell for your legal representative to contact me at 855-738-9911 extension 104…”

wanted me to verify my address for some unknown reason. No clue who they are

Called from locating service regarding a litigation filed against me by their client. I have no clue who or what these people really want. I do not want their calls.

Called from a local number regarding a litigation filed against me by their client. Didn't name client. Game me X amount of time to call back. When that time came and went, they called again and gave me another X amount of time. Call back number is 855-738-9911 ext 105. called local number, call was answered by 'Nicole' but could not tell me any information about the call I received. Assuming when time lapses again I will be given another deadline......

Scam.  Same as everyone else.. Nathan Harris (561-612-2720 - local #)  called from Sierra & Associates Dept of Civil processing (a Broward attorney # - -  not Palm Beach #) .  Pre-litigation complaint case number 322-9160 - never named their client.  No such case number in PB Courts. Gave 2 days to respond. How can this number be for attorney patrick mcgauran & Sierra and Associates. The law firms do exist, but this is a fishing expedition - scam. Not calling back

Give the Florida  attorney general's office a call as well as the Florida Bar Association since the caller CLAIMED to be an attorney (illegal if not licensed).  Then contact www.consumerfinance.gov .

Called from a local number 918-992-6734 Tulsa, OK.
"This is Ryan with Department of Civil Processing at Sierra and Associates calling for respondent (my name). Our office has been retained to retrieve a statement under a pre litigation complaint being filed against you by our client under file number 3239461. Prior to any further proceedings, under state law, you are allocated only 48 hours to respond with a formal statement. Either yourself or legal representation can contact this office at 855-738-9911 ext 318."

THIS NUMBER IS A SCAM.

"Hi this is Joseph Henry calling with the Department of Civil Processing for a Abigail Martin. Abigail, my office was retained to retrieve a statement for a pre-litigation complaint that was filed against you under case number 894146. Now prior to you here being scheduled, according to state law you have 48 hours to respond with a formal statement. Either yourself or your attorney can contact my office at 855-738-9911. My extension is 316."

I wanted to provide the transcript in case it helps anyone. My grandmother received this call. Abigail no longer even lives with us. This is 100% a scam. Pretty sure they're spoofing numbers. Original number we received a call was from (352) 877-9939.

That is the typical nonsense call - which is also illegal since they have NO claim against anyone.  Callers like this - many times - used a spoofed number but 855 is a toll free number.

Company call my exwife saying that i own money from a loan. The true in that o moved to Taiwan in Sep 2017 and they said loan its from 2019??? Be aware
