Same script as everyone else and it came from the same phone number but the name is different. Mine says Jillian Levine.

I received a text message from 727-606-1556 stating that "Jillian Levine" is assigned from the mediation department. At this time the federal law and state regulations prohibit the mediation department to send sensitive details to me via text message. Please contact Jillian at the mediation department at 855-744-0709 along with the written case number associated. I have reported this as SPAM Messaging and Blocked the number. NOT TODAY SATAN!

I got a text from this number. It has "This is Jillian Levine from your assigned mediation department. Carol, at this time federal law and state regulations prohibit me from sending sensitive details to you via text message. Please contact me at 855-744-0709 along with case # POG1598167. Reply Stop to opt out.

I misread it and I thought it said medication and I did have some medication my insurance was supposed to be approving. So, I called them. They said there a legal matter regarding money that I owed. They, of course, didn't say who thought I owed them money. I said some very not nice things.

We just got the same text from Jillian Levine to call 855-744-0709, but text was from the 928-395-5849 number. Says they are my husband's assigned mediation department.

“This is Jillian Levine from your assigned mediation department. JODI, at this time the federal law and state regulations prohibit me from sending sensitive details to you via text message. Please contact me at (855) 744-0709. along with case# POG1736728. Reply Stop to opt out.”

I called. Apparently Jillian answered and sent me to someone by the last name Gomez. Telling me they were to garnish my wages? Stating I owe over 2k for a loan I took out for $550. How the H does that make sense? I wasn’t nice and told her to F off and she said the paperwork would be sent in the mail.

Omg I had the same text. I told these people to F off! She said paperwork will be sent out in the mail. So tired of scammers

I got a text from the 9475 number and said to call the 0709 number with a code provited on the text stating the are from mediation and the text is the same as some I see here where they have your name on all caps

That's the same # I got a text from with same 855 #

Federal law and State Regulations prohibits anyone from texting private information, first of all. So they're already in violation and that's a law suit on its own. You don't know who you are texting. I didn't response and blocked their number.

My info has been hacked, leaked, breached by companies like ATT, hospital systems, Home Depot, etc. (there are so many that I have been notified of), and now my personal data is found on the dark web.  This is obviously a scam.

When I called back and East Indian sounding person answered. Just hung up assuming it’s a phishing scam

Text I just received from (727) 606-1556: "This is Leah Weinberg and I've just been assigned to your mediation file in my office. JEANNE, at this time I want to avoid sending any embarrassing or confidential information via text. Please contact me directly at (855) 744-0709, along with case # POG178439. Reply Stop to opt out." Don't have any debts, so this is definitely a scam!

Just texted and I called and they said something about money owed for medical they said they are going to take me to court

I got a text same as everyone above, but wanted to share a new name Leah Weinberg. POG!782500. You know if they actually researched people they were trying to scam they would know I am poor and have bad credit lol

Bob and Sarah have the same case number, then you changed the case number, but didn't erase the "SA" of SARAH before putting TINA, so it reads as SATINA. Some of the fake case numbers are PO and either 6 or 7 digits, as if that is realistic for the same time period they would issue them.
