They are scammers. Really good scammers

They leave messages about locating you and making it public record. They also state that the message by phone is enough of a notification. They say they will call your work. And if you don't return the call all your rights will be extinguished.

They called several times restricted and left a VM saying they were trying to contact me from my actual county and that they are trying to locate me and they are fixing to reach out to my employer and supervisor to find my location, that I need to contact this number and gave me a file number as well and said that this will be public records if I did not call them back. They also said that all my rights would be forfeited if I did not contact them. He stated that I am being legally notified and he will locate my whereabouts unless told otherwise.

Called saying he is Shane Carlton calling about a case against me and I need to call 855-757-0724, they have recorded all messages they left for me so they know that I can't say I was not made aware of the phone call as a Legal phone correspondence. They also said that all my rights would be forfeited if I did not contact them. He stated that I am being legally notified and he knows of all my addresses to contact me about my case.
