they called from 512-792-4390 and said they needed to drop off legal documents and would only make 2 attempts t please have identification ready then gave 855-767-3702 as a number to call if me or my lawyer had any questions

Someone who introduced herself as Barbara Johnson from the Private Fraud Division called around 11:10 am on Wednesday April 1st and left a message on my home phone machine, saying that they have to deliver legal documents and will make only 2 attempts. Also said to contact my attorney for any further info. Scam again?

Scam??? YES!!!!  Real process servers do NOT call.  They arrive unannounced!

"Barbara Johnson" has called me 4 times, 3 of those times they left the exact same pre recorded message about legal documents, only 2 delivery attempts, call this number with questions etc. I answered the phone one of the times and it was also the same pre recorded message. Slobby attempt of a scam

ID themselves as T&H Financial.  They also use DBA of Accufile.  Long history of debt scamming on 800notes.  Don't take any nonsense from these people.  If they call you, demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.  Of course they won't do this so simply ignore their calls and block them.

Yes.  Total scam.  See my note.  T&H Financial doing a dba of Accufile.

There are no documents.   No legitimate process server calls you in advance.  Ignore the calls and block them.

This fake Barbara Johnson just called me as well. Seems like a scam to me!  Time to report them

This is my third call today.  Exact same wording as above.  I do not have any debt.  Only one credit card so I know that this Barbara is a scammer.  I am reporting to AT & T.  I have blocked on my cell phone but that number still get through so will have ATT block from there side.
