The caller identified himself as being from EZ Doctors and said he would save us thousands of dollars on prescriptions, vitamins, and dental care.EZ DOCTORS

the caller identified him self as Anthony White from EZ DOCTORS and told me that the card # that i gave him was not valid. He told me to give him the correct # on my card, to have it on file and charge it to my account.I told him that i didn't have an active card.

Looks like a great place to stay away from.  The website was registered using a privacy service, and considering that they have their phone number listed on the site, the only other reason would be to conceal where they are.  They claim the main office is in Georgia, but don't list the address on the contact page.  They are a "discount" service, claim to have doctors that will diagnose you over the phone (boy does that make really confident that I will be getting the best of care) and a whole bunch of other stuff like prescriptions and eye care, etc.  If this doesn't scream out "SCAM" at the top of its lungs, I simply don't know what will.

Contact your bank/credit card NOW & file a fraudulant use charge.  Have them block further drafts from that number.

We noticed $24.95 charges from ezdoctors.com on my grandmother’s credit card statements but when we looked at the site, they are a healthcare service that provides discounts to uninsured. My grandmother is well covered through Medicare and her retirement healthcare benefits and such additional healthcare discounts would be of no use to her. We called them back and the man, Ronald, gave us a sales pitch instead of listening to our concern that my grandmother did not make the request for this service. We asked if she had ever taken advantage of this service and they said they had no way of knowing that information. He told us that they had recorded the call where my grandmother requested this service and said it was indeed her on the phone. When we listened to the call, it was clear that they had called her (the phone call started with her saying hello?) to tell her they needed her updated address to send her her new “medical card”. There were no further details other than that, so she gave them her current address and even asked again, “what is this?” to which they again vaguely responded, “it’s for your new healthcare card.” They asked how she’d pay for shipping of this card (“MasterCard, Visa, or debit?”) and she continued to hesitate as they continued to coerce her into providing the credit card information even though she had no idea what this was for and they did not once provide her with a clear answer. They never mentioned to her that she would continue to be charged monthly. This is an obvious elder abuse scam and the customer service was absolutely inappropriate. Please watch out for calls like this and monitor your elderly loved ones’ statements.

They are now using 877-366-1121 !!! I just noticed on my 87 year old mothers statements that 24.95 has been deducted from here checking account EVERY month from EZDOCTORS.COM. This needs to stop!!! They just messed with the wrong mom. I will find them!!!
