keep getting calls from this number.  Do not answer them.  Called from another number, they are very cunning, ask me to enter my 10 digit ph number.   hello!!

This is Florida Blue (Cross Blue Shield) who is affiliated with a company named Inovalon. They've called countless times. It can't be too important because no message is ever left- no reason for their call.  They just keep calling.  Since I've signed on with BCBS, I've found that they are high maintenance.  Continually call to see if I've had a physical.  To see if I have any questions, to see if I've received a letter they sent, to see why I haven't responded to a survey they sent.  Does no one there see that this is annoying to their members??

same complaint but now calling from a different number (517-318-5750). Absolute pest.  If they are under contract with Fla Blue, they shouldn't have to be calling and asking when I last went to a doctor. I wonder how much of our taxpayer dollars it takes to run this useless operation?
