Called no message. I didn't answer. I'm in Calgary.

Has called several times since Nov 1.  Finally picked up. It's FDR collections. Trying a new tactic.

Claims it is a collection agency working on behalf of CIBC. BULS..IT!! MY CIBC Mastercard was paid 3 years ago ! !!  It is a SCAMJ that has gotten hold of old debts and is trying to collect on them ! A Head full of HORSE S.IT!!!!

This is FDR, a bunch of desperate, greedy 'financial parasites, that feed off of the ignorance of people. They try to collect old debts by harassing people, like myself, for almost three years now. They don't want you to know, depending on where you live, that there is either a two-year, or six-year period where they can no longer legally collect because of a province's statue of limitations. What ever you don't agree to pay them anything, if you owe money over the statue of limitations, or, otherwise, the statue of limitation will be reset if you admit to the debt or repayment and this is especially so if you do this in writing. They can legally ask you for the money with the exception of people either Alberta or NFLD after six years. In other provinces they can still legally call you, but not legally collect so you can legally ignore them. Just get a call-blocking device from Amazon and you'll never have to worry about these low-lifes again!',

When I answered, she asked for a mans name. I told her she has the wrong number and she started yelling at me that I’m a liar and she’s made contact with the man from my phone number. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she laughed at me. She screamed at me to tell me her name and “identify myself” and to tell her my name right [***] now at which point I hung up.

This is a collection agency, the debt they keep calling about is over 10 yrs old. Which I'm not even responsible for

For a year I have been receiving calls daily. I blocked this number on my phone but it still rings once. Call as early as 7.10 ( when I am sleeping. and evening. Sometimes 3 or more calls per day. This is Harrasment!!! How can they be stopped??? Is there a lawsuit against this company.

There was a female voice recording to my mother's landline.  No idea what she was talking about. Left instructions to call a number and a case ID #. Didn't say why. They were phoning my aged & with dementia mother who has never had a debt or financial issue her entire life and had her phone number over 35 yrs so it wasn't anyone else they were after.  I wish I could control these harassing calls without making her cancel her phone that she has had forever. Us kids just want to be able to call mom and not leave her feeling lonely in her senior years with no phone. No idea how to stop it.

Calls daily. Messages state for me to call with pass code to obtain free prize. I've placed them on Caller Block several times, but they just call from another number. I haven't dealt with the CIBC Bank in over 50 years. Maybe we should pursue a Class Action Lawsuit against the CIBC and FDR.
