I've been defrauded by the company you are taking calls for: Invies.com

Yes me too! I ordered something on november 8th and never arrived. They dont reply messages. I found this number:1 855-771-4028, I have called them 4 times since friday, and I demanded an answer for the scam and the only thing that the "customer service" said was: I dont have any information of the company, our job is only to take messages, and I said ok, to whom you send the messages and she said that she doesn know, that she only click the send buttom and thats all.. WHAT!!!!??? This company have to be removed!!

I've been taken for $450.00 by their website in December of 2014. I filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against Invies.com and DOE 1 to 50, including the yet unknown names of the designer of the site, the host and their so called answering service. I am filing subpoena to find the location of the mysterious answering service (somewhere in TN) . I am sure I can follow the money to the actual individual who pays for their answering service.

Do people not practice due diligence anymore? See a web site? Do a 'whois' on that site. Search phone numbers, location - as mentioned above if YOU can't find where they are WHY would you send them money? As soon as you see a recent registration on a web site, only 1 year registration, perhaps foreign registration & those details hidden behind a private proxy. The red flags should be doing a mazurka and jazz.
