i got a credit of four cents on my checking account i have  no idea who these people are any body out there know?

Watch out for these people. I had a 4 cent credit on my account a few days ago, and today they debited my account for $31.96. I have no idea who these people even are, and have filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back.

I also got two four cent credits on my account today. I have no idea why they put that in my account and I my bank said it was from a place called Avanix lending and the phone number is 855-771-7075. I looked it up and its a payday loan company who I have not had any dealing with I will be calling them to see whats going on!

The same thing happened to my checking account. The credit was pending and therefore my bank couldn't stop the transaction or block them from my account.  I got thru to the 855-771-7075 # after being on hold for 14 minutes!!!!!! They are a payday online company seem to associate peple with their phone numbers that they get from another lender or merchant! I will be changing my account as soon as possible!!!! What a mess! I got a credit as well on my account... To a checking account that has been closed to transaction due to these payday places putting money in it that was not requested... If they want to give free money away I say go ahead any money that drops into this account can not be taken out only by me.... So I have transfered all this free money to a savings account . Let them continue to put money in that I didnt request when it comes to pay back I think they will have a big surprise coming... and there is nothing they can d because I didnt sign anything or give my approval.. Credit fraud be dammed if someone is pulling this crap I will gladly take thier money and not pay it back... They can sue me for something I didnt ask for ... and I get the benifit of the use of their stupidity and buy buy buy....

please let me know what happens they just took out 31,96 out and never heard of this company before

The same thing happen to me today.I am filling out a form to my bank right now so I can have my money refunded and make sure these people cannot get back into my account again.dnt know them dnt owe them and I'm tired of ppl stealing and doing crime to make a buck off of our sweat

There's gonna be a huge class action lawsuit against this company because they get names, addresses and bank accounts like yours and mine through a loan-matching system. Once you are looking for a loan on the Web, you subscribe to their system for a long while.

The problem with Avanix, is that I never received an email or letter confirming my subscripton. They probably tried to call me, or did call me and hung up after asking me my name.

Same thing happen to me today I call and they said I ask for the money I didn't do any such thing ,so they said my 31.96 will be credit back to my acc. Thats fraud if I ever seem one they where upset because I ask them do they do pppl like this all the time so I'm closing my acc. as soon as all my trans. clear my bank.

Same thing happened to me and I emailed them and told them my money had better be back in my account my 3:00 today.  The same way they took it out they better put it back, or I will be filing a case with my back today!

They did the same thing to me.....I filed a dispute with my bank....they are sending me a affidavit to sign which I will be forwarding to my local police department as well as an attorny and the bbb.....I will be printing out all information I can find online regarding this company including this Web page....they are defrauding too many people and we all cant be lying about the same issue.cyber crime is illegal and I intend to make this company be held accountable for their crimes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
