I received a call from a company by the name of First Coastal Credit Inc. "Mr. Munn" said he was calling because I owed a debt for a payday loan from 2008; he asked me to verify my social security number and I told him "you're calling me about a debt you claim I owe--why don't you tell me what information you have", to which he responded I must verify who I am in order to proceed with the call. I told him I'd like him to send me all documentation pertinent to the payday loan application; after a few days, I called again and was told his company cannot correspond with me unless I grant permission, to which I responded "I've informed you that debt you described does not belong to me, and you should refrain from contacting me again in any way unless you can prove it does. Thank you. Goodbye."

Received voice message at work from "Mr. Thomas" First Coast Credit asking that I call him back at 855-771-9053 ext. 102. I will send a letter to them asking them not to call me at work anymore, if I can find their corporate address. 904-276-1168. Orange Park, Florida.  They are not licensed to do business in Florida using the name First Coast Credit, Inc.

I received a call from this number claiming that I owe for a payday loan from 2010 and when I questioned the origination of the loan the person got very nasty and threatening, telling me that i should know who i got money from and that there is no such thing as free money.  She then told me that they were merely making contact and I had 24 hours to respond.  I have researched what she told me and I have no e-mails from this company and i have not taken out a loan in that amount, so they will be next hearing from my attorney.

i got a call from this number and i spoke with a person claim to be first coast credit... i wanted to call back and  get more info.. cause they said the debt was 3 years old..  and they did not tell me fro where.. i call the nuber and got a voice mail in the middle of the day.. and immediately after i hung up..  i got one of those ..000000000000 phone numbers and short time later  an 8888888888number

I received a call from First Coast Credit, someone by the name of Mr. Terrell, and threatened that if I they didn't hear from me by the end of the day they would take me to court. He kept saying just tell her it is the FCC. I don't even know what it is about. They wouldn't tell me what it was about.  I called back and got a voice mail message.

I received a call from a Kevin Tero ( i believe) requesting one of my employees to contact him regarding a business matter. The employees of this establishment are not allowed personal calls unless it is an emergency . I returned the call to advise him of such I was transferred to another u/i male who got loud and nasty and advised me i was to give him the number to our human resource corporate office because the situation had gone beyond verifying employment . I advised him again they are not to receive personal calls because if corporate was to catch wind they could lose their job . He began to threaten continuous calls unless i provided him with a Human Resources or Payroll number to handle her business matter ( I do believe it is against the law to threaten or insinuate anything is going to happen regarding a debt unless they have full intentions to do so ) when i advised him of such he started talking loudly over me and advised me that i had to give him a number to our corporate office Human Resources of Payroll or the calls would continue because she had given them permission . I told him he WAS NOT to contact this number again or harassment would be filed against himself and his collectors  and terminated the call

This company is unprofessional and breaks the laws CONTINOUSLY and blatantly .
