i was told this was the credit office for microsoft .  I paid them a large sum for security and now they are trying to collect again

I doubt this is a number for Microsoft.  Who told you that it was? What did you pay them a large sum of money for? Did someone from this number call you? Did you allow someone to remotely access you computer? Most likely this is a SCAM and your money is gone. But please give us more information.

Well you were scammed the first time, and now they have you down as a very easy mark, so they will keep trying.
