Repetitive phone calls and VM messages.

Total scam.  Michelle has called me before  "so worried" about my back taxes, etc.  I have no back taxes.  Michelle has a male partner.  Since I'm of an older age and so is my client, I called the US Dept of Justice National Elder Fraud line @ 833 372-8311.
They say they've made over 500 arrests recently.

How do I stop these calls? Every time I block the number she calls from another number.

I keep getting robocalls from this phone number. Everytime the caller leaves a voicemail even though I block the phone number.

Blocking conveys no message and does not prevent them from calling.  Your phone thinks that it is simply a missed call and then directs them to voicemail.

Okay, so what's the message? You say they're a telemarketer so what are they trying to sell?

This ## calls every hour, everyday.  STOP.
