Called back and lady was rude. Access is the name of the company she said. I told her to look me up and why are you calling me? She said computer acting up and then hung up on me.

8557766810 - recorded message - says they are attempting to locate me to serve paperwork - if i do not call immediately, they will issue a bench warrant for my arrest.

Tried to tell me that I owed $620 money to settle a debt from an unpaid payday loan back in 2013. Or, it could cost more to go to court. While they had my last four social; the applicant used my home, rather than, cell phone number, and an email address I have never heard of; but contains my name. What a con, they want to send somebody to my door to start collecting when I can afford payments next week!

I have never heard of them sending someone to your house to collect payments.  It might be worth the effort to get them to come and then call 911 on them.
