I contacted the attny general  there is NOTHING you can do....they record the compalint and thats it....ridiculous!

same....dont call them back  very abusive and rude, threatening to come to home or business..all a scam  i contacted the attny general in my state  they said they will record my complaint and track it....pfffft  thanks alot...these [***] had my social!!!  total scam

Got a call from a local number and told to call back 855-895784-3575.  Called them back to find out what they were trying to scam me of.  The ONLY reason I called them back is so they would stop calling everyone one that I know and their brother (literally!).  They had called someone that I hadn't spoken to in years.  Don't know how or where they get their information but it is a total invasion of privacy and, according to lawyers, highly illegal.  The woman that I spoke to on the phone told me that whatever company was trying to serve me papers.  She told me that they sent multiple letters to me at my home address.  Told her they didn't as I have never heard of this company that I supposedly owe money to.  Asked me if I was refusing and I told her no, send me something in writing.  She got highy indignant and asked the same question again, shouting at me this time and I told her again to send me something in writing.  Then she hung up on me.

These people have been harassing me for almost 2 years with the same exact phone call scam.  They call and say they are NOT a sales call.  (Very correct, they are scammers!)  Even though they do mention a courier company (which sounds fake) they NEVER actually mention what company these papers are from or what they are about.  They mention that the papers they are sending will need a signature and 2 forms of ID when they deliver.  They also mention that they are going to be looking for me at my home and where I work.  In those 2 years, they have NEVER tried to stop by my house.  They also have never stopped by where I work.

Same as above. Voicemail from local number left by Melissa saying they will be at my house or place of employment to deliver some documents that require 2 forms of ID blah blah. If  This is a collection attempt they should give you more information. Or at least ask for you by name not just a recording saying “don’t hang up this is not a sales call...”
