- Daniel| 2 repliesI have the same experince as others. Local number and to call 1-855-784-3575. Call starts with do not hang up as this is not a sales call. Then provides the name of Allysa Morland. It then goes on into th whole thing as mentioned above with the two ids and yadda yadda yadda. They did not leave a name of who they were calling for.
From what I can ascertain from other sources this company is a front for unregistered collection agencies where they are attempting to find people. Some are saying they are contacting them about debt they have no idea about or debt which was already paid. Proceed with caution if you call them back.- Caller: United Carrier Services

- BigA replies to DanielI would recommend never calling them back as this is an extortion scam using the fake "process server" tactic.
- healingharpistThanks to all of you who reported these evildoers. I received the same message from Melissa Moreland as discussed above. I hate callers who say "Don't hang up, this is not a sales call,"--no, you're right, it's a scammer call. The mention of "we'll need 2 forms of ID" is nothing any legitimate agency or co. would say. Just to be sure, I googled 855-0784-3575 and expected to find just what I did: that it's a network of frauds and scammers. I'll put them on the Do Not Call list but I'm not sure that works very well. What does??

- BigA replies to Pinga2002The USPS does not provide personal service of court documents. They would have to be sent certified, return receipt and it would be delivered by your regular mail carrier. They would leave three notices if you were not home before the mail was returned 20 days later.
- Justine replies to Pinga2002| 2 repliesDid they ever come to your place of employment to “serve” you? It scares me when they say that
- post pending moderator approval
- Nope replies to JustineNo one showed up - because real process servers are only paid to hand you those legal documents. They are not paid to give you a heads up (thereby risking you not being available), nor are they paid to call you and tell you to call another number to take care of the situation.
- MikeHuntleton replies to JustineIt makes me all excited when I hear that, because I know only a scammer would say that and I can safely ignore it and block the number.
