These folks continue to call my home and they called my motthers residents stating that they recieved a complaint about a loan that I got from a payday loan. I don't owe these people anything because some one stole my identity for their own pleasure and got me all screwed up and I'm still fighting this. I had to change banks, check credit reports, and get the police involved because of this crap. Don't know how they got my information but they got me in a jam. Heck I can;t even get a loan from anyone in that matter,

just got a call saying I need to call the subject number..... sick of scams and scum bags

Actually in this case no you can not be summoned to court as payday loans done over the internet that are not "registered payday loan company" in that state (where you live) it is ILLEGAL and they can not prosecute you..check with any Attorney General office or Consumer Protection agency

Illegal debt collection company that attempts to scare you into calling their office by first calling you pretending to be a process server that is delivering a summons and complaint.  They then will provide their office number for you to call.  If you fall for it and call them back the will tell you that there has been a lawsuit filed against you for a bad check.  They will claim to stop the lawsuit if you pay them the balance outstanding or make payments.  This is a typical tactic used by debt collection companies that purchase "payday loan" debt from debt brokers.  This is an illegal tactic that only bottom feeder debt collectors use because they are not experienced enough to practice and obey the F.D.C.P.A.  I have retained on attorney on contingency that is preparing a lawsuit against this company for their illegal practices.  Their illegal operation will be short lived. So far my attorney has found the owner to be a Glenn Lista company address 338 Harris Hill Rd. Williamsville, NY 14221.  I will post more as this investigation unfolds.

They called my job and even called my boss at his home!!!! They are trying to collect a debt that doesn't even belong to me.

Did you ever see this guy? He's been calling my workplace too. He's even gone as far as to talk to my coworkers and tell them what is going on!! I asked him for a phone number that I could return his call after I was finished with work and he told me that it's his personal cell phone and he's not going to give it to me.

add me to the list....I was scammed out of 822$ thanks to them threatening me.  Merry Christmas.  They have not seen the last of me.
