Call from Charter

said my social security number has a complaint against it??? but when you call back its charter!!!

Why can't they identify themselves?

Ever try calling Charter?  I'd rather wait in a dentist's office, with the same ear pollution piped through the loud speaker.

Absolutely the poorest customer service in the entire universe.  They charge way too much to cheap out with robocalls.

Charter collection call left no Msg. Funny thing is they have been paid they already have the money out of my account. Has much hi tech that they say they have you would think that they would know that they have been paid.

This is funny..they have "texted me" and robo-called me about my payment being late...even though I paid it in full this morning at their office. The fact that this business can bill you in advance is bull crap! I need the fast internet for my business, but don't appreciate being hassled especially after paying them in full and in advance..

This is a Charter Communications Billing Dept robocall.  They do not identify themselves in Caller ID or by voice, and they do not leave voice messages.  They are trying to disguise themselves by showing a CID of "Toll Free Call," which is the signature of a spammer, so why should I answer?

Called, no message left.  I've gotten calls from Charter before, and it was never this particular number.  I think it was an 877 number.  So this number makes me think it might be spoofed.  Who knows anymore?  I get calls from so many spoofed numbers, if I don't recognize it, I don't answer it.  And if they don't leave a message, oh well.  Which is what happened in this instance.

This is charter, calling to attempt to get me to pay a bill.  The hitch is that I've already paid in full yesterday, but these idiots still call and harrass me.  

It's not bad enough that the service is lousy and the bills are inflated / sent early.  They have to harrass you by phone for days after the bill is aready paid if you're even a day late in paying.  AND charge you a huge late fee on top of it.  These people are as bad as the credit card companies.  Maybe worse.

Charter Communications.  Just reminding me to pay my bill.  I didn't recognize the number so I looked it up on here.  A few seconds later, I received the voice mail on my phone explaining everything.  The message was a human voice, although recorded, and they identified themselves.
