got a call saying he was on his way to serve me papers for fraud and I could call the Plaintiff if I want to work something out.

Received message on phone 4/19/13 Ryan Murphy stated fax was pending on fraud charges and he would  I have been informed on phonehave to deliver papers.

I got a phone call and didn't answer because it was unknown. They left a message which I could barely understand. I listened to it a few times and got something about fraud against my sister. I couldn't understand of course what the fraud was because they spoke horribly. I gave my sister the number and told her to figure it out.

It's a scam - just ignore them and report to the FTC.  If they keep calling, pick up and tell them you know they're scammers and you've reported them to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  Also say you're recording the conversation to give to the FBI.  Maybe that'll get them to stop calling, at least for a while.

This company collects and serves papers for payday loan defaults.

This is a total scam!  These guys are ballsy so watch out!  I asked for information from this guy and told him I was recording his call & would be reporting him to the local police dept.  I contacted my pay day loan collection advisors and they said they are not affiliated with this bogus company.  Do not trust them, believe them, or give them ANY information regarding your home, identity or account..

I received a call from this number as well stating their trying to serve me with papers and that I needed to call (855) 790-0093. When I called they said it was for a pay day loan and asked why was I not sent proper document from their company. Tom stayed they did not have to send anything in writing and was becoming aggressive with me to provide my credit card information. The amount they were asking kept changing . I reported them to the FTC and my state attorney in which they stated its a scam to avoid contact. My state attorney did confirm that a process server will not be trying to call you especially leaving a bogus # that isn't directed to them . They also informed me that In order to get served you are given a note 30 days before letting you know if you don't take action this will happen. I checked my credit report like how they advised and that company was not listed in there at all which they said is a red flag. Contact the FTC to give you the steps they gave me and don't arrange payments, also keep in mind as they told me you can't do jail time at all they lie to scare you.

They are a pay day loan company and helped me resolve my claim voluntarilly. Obviously, I took the payday loan and defaulted on it as I was in debt. The correct amount was given. These posts on here are for people admitting they took the loan out but dont want to resolve the claim. If you take the loan out, as you do with any credit, you pay it back. What happened of it. I'm getting the same thing also.I called and around and found its a collection agency.

I have received two calls from these people Sophia) stating that I owe a debt that is not mine .. I have never written a bad check and have NEVER taken out a payday loan. They still insist it is my debt and threatened me with legal action. So my next step is going to be to report them to the authorities! I do not know how they got my phone number but they better lose it quickly!

These people tried calling me 2 years ago. Once I found out that they are not legit I cancelled my card before they could take money out. Shadow creek said that I'd be served and they would take money from my check. This fraudulent company needs to be stopped. Making threatening invalid calls.

Just received another call from this number.  Unlike previous posts the person on the phone said my computer was sending out messages.  They didn't belive me when I said I didn't have a computer.  lol

just rec a call from this number telling that my computer was at risk.  Told me to turn on my computer and he would fix it.

yeah i got the same 'computer at risk' call as putty from this number

Same thing happened to me. They had my name and phone number. Heavy East Indian accent. Said my computer was at risk and that it was very very important that I call them back to fix it.

8/28/15-Got a call from this number, didn't answer. Looked on the computer, it's a scam OF COURSE. Listened to see if they left a message. They did not, but it sounded like a cell phone, the static I could hear. I called back to confront them. A man with a middle eastern accent said the call was "...about your computer..." I recorded the call, told him so, and told them they were scammers and to take me off the list. I told him he would NOT know if my computer was working properly or not and to leave me alone. Once I told him I knew he wasn't legit, he clammed up and would not say a thing, though I could hear back round noise.

These idiots with their broken English called me saying they were from Microsoft Technical support, I called him on his [***] and he called me a [***].  I am pretty sure that is not how they train MS employees.  Block these [***].
