A family member received a text for me to call 855-790-3601 claiming they were from Michael Davis and Associates mediation department. When I called they tried to say I owed money and there was a court case against me. After I laughed at them they got rude and hung up on me. I pursued the rude nature and continued to call them back several times. I even asked where their office was located and what the address was. The woman wouldnt give me the physical address but told me they were located in Pageland, South Carolina.They called me from another number 888-312-0310 and the ladies name was "so called" Ivy Simpson which turned out to be the woman I originally spoke to who hung up on me. The following day a family member received a text from 1-475-269-4572 stating it was urgent for me to contact Michael Davis and Associates  mediation department.

i had the same text message but from an previous married last name from 20 plus years ago! I just deleted it cuz i know it's spam!

Got the same text, for my ex husband's number from 15 years ago.

I received the same text from Michael Davis from the Mediation Department. They used my previous married name from 10 years ago. Definitely a scam. Text came from a 504-217-3001 number and they are trying to get me to call 855-790-3601.

Received a text from 2393763882 for a family member that passed away over 3 years ago from Michael Davis Mediation Department and it is imperative that you contact my office at 855-790-3601.  SCAM!!!

My brother, mom and husband got text messages and phone calls looking for me, I called and played along with them. Apparently I’m going to court, but they could not give me a business address, or business ID or tell me how they got my family’s information.

They buy old credit reports and try to get you to pay them, it's a total scam, they are full of crap cause anything on their reports are so old and gone , they are rude and trashy, just the dumbest people you'll  ever talk to, just block and reports them!
