I tried calling this number back to see what they wanted and my phone stated that this was not a working number.
I'm guessing it's computerized.   ????   If you don't want people to know who you are, then why call in the first place.

Just calls - I don't answer as I don't recognize the number - they don't leave a message.

The solar energy scumbags are back, with a slightly revised robocall stating they want to inspect your house for potential energy savings ("This is not a sales call") for a program soon to expire. Press 5 to speak to a consultant.

In short, as you might guess from a company violating both the prohibition on the Do Not Call list and the prohibition on robocalls, this company is more than likely trying for identity theft.  Do not press their number to be removed, it will be used to sell to other slimeballs. Do not give them any information.

Call is likely spoofed -- meaning from the Internet and call blockers will not work.
