Who is this company?

Just got a call saying they were going to take me to court for an unpaid bill a Mrs. White said if I did not want to go to court then i need to call to make a payment never said who they were from are what bill this was for. As i am not late on anything I can only think it is a scam.

These people told me that a civil case was going to be filed against me on next business day on an old account that they said needs to be resolved.  I checked my records.  I found out that this bill had already been paid 4 years ago.
These people stirring up all kinds of stress on me.  Scammers.  The phone number only leads to a generic answering message.  I have not been able to talk to anyone again.

Some black woman calling herself Clarice White... says she is with the "garnishment department" of THE COURT and if I don't call her back by the end of the business day she will start attaching my wages!!  HAHAHA, she is nothing but a spineless debt collector and full of crap.  A desperate attempt to collect a bill that I paid off a long time ago.  SCAMMER!!!
