I received two calls from this number.  I did not answer either call because the number is not in my contacts list..  They left no message with either call.  If they had legitimate business with me they would have left a message.

No voice mail so I blocked.

This number is on a human insurance card my husband received.   When he cake the number to activate his card,  they insisted that he give them his credit card number.   He knew right away something was wrong.   The agent was clearly Indian.  He told my husband his name was Victor Lewis.  My husband laughed and told him his name did not match his language.
The guy threatened to cancel his insurance.   My husband hung up and called his agent.
