Ms. G if you have been legally notified by telephone and unless instructed otherwise you will be located either at your place of employment place of residency or through third party relatives..

The above number and this number 5302901150 have been calling me and all my immediate family members all week. They have called both my cell and home phone. This is obviously a scam.

You can't be "legally notified by telephone". Nor do real process servers call in advance.

My mother received this voicemail identical to this one about me. Asking to call this number back. I looked up anything I could find in the old county I lived in regarding any ongoing Suits. Nothing. Found this website instead. Called the number back to see if I could get any sort of information regarding the company this is being filed from. Voicemail completely automated and still no information on the company filing the claim.

It appears your address is her likely location at this point. It’s Mrs. (my last name) legal right to contact the office filing the claim, (this part is kinda jumbled) to have that information in when it was filed is no longer an option. Phone number for the police department is 855-799-5833. When they call and provide file number 195973. This is considered legal notification by telephone and (my name) will be located unless untold otherwise “

Called the number back to see if I could get any sort of information (or the same interaction I have been seeing posted in these threads asking for DOB & social security) regarding the company this is being filed from. Voicemail completely automated and still no information on the company filing the claim. I am going to call again tomorrow… keep you updated.

The claim is not being filed against you, it is being filed against chest against brian Bays. I've been instructed to make you aware your name and number have been listed as a relative. Aren't associated brian. It does also appear your address is a likely place for his location at this point. Mr bias does have a legal right to contact the office filling the claim to update his information. However, once it is filed, this will no longer be an option. Their contact number is 8557995833. And it does say here that when he calls he will need to refer to file number 195910. This is considered a legal notification by telephone. And brian Baya's will be located either at his place of employment or through third party relatives like yourself

That is a phony debt scam. No matter what they claim, is NOT a legal notice of a debt. Do not call these crooks back. They want to harass and intimidate people into paying debts that they do not owe.  Ignore the call, block the number.
