The exact same thing just happened to me. I told them I filed Chapter 7 years ago, they said it does not matter under the new president's laws. Sue me.

I just got the same exact message!!! I always check this site first! I knew it was a scam!

Scam Notices by Text Messages from 551-369-5972 stating call 855-803-4795 Replied STOP. Message came up - EMPIRE MERCHANT SOLUTIONS LLC

The text said: Ethan, you have an urgent business matter within our office. Please contact us at 855-803-4795. Refer to file MB3386120 for details. Text STOP to opt-out.

Same message the others have been getting.  So easy to see its a scam so dont even bother answering the call

What are they trying to collect?  Medical bills?

Got a text saying lack of contact had escalated my case,  MB####### to avoid further collections actions contact 855-803-4795

Text- your payment 30 days overdue. Please make contact with us to reinstate settlement agreement. Call 855-803-4795 Text STOP to opt-out.

Cant even get the grammar correct smh.

Received at text from 253-265-7582 stating:
JARBAR MOSBY, lack of contact has escalated your case MB2979530. To avoid further collection actions, contact 855-803-4795.  Text STOP opt-out.

I am not JARBAR MOSBY and I have had this number for over 10 years.

Received 2 texts regarding a delinquent account but no information of the account.  Had no name of who was calling until i texted STOP.

Text me with pretty much as everyone's messages are..

I've been receiving texts from 2532657582, addressing me as 'Princess Stricker' (that is NOT my name):PRINCESS STRICKER, your outstanding medical bill has been placed with our office. Call us at 855-803-4795. Refer to acct MB3453####. Text STOP to opt-out. (I replied: 'I am not that person'. But the texts from that number still keep coming.

Received the same message as most other people: “JOHN your arrangement is now 30 days past due. Forfeiture of your payments applied and account are immediate. Call 855-803-4795 Text STOP to opt-out.”  I replied, “asking who is this?”  They never responded.
