I am on the do not call list and these calls are offensive and time consuming.  Please fine these people
and maybe they will quit the annoyance.

This is an information sharing forum and no one who reads posts here has the ability to fine anyone.  In addition, just because you are on the DNC list does not make all unwanted calls illegal and subject to fines.  For example, if you obtained health insurance through this agency, they can call for up to 18 months after you last obtained insurance through them to offer a policy renewal unless you specifically tell them to place you on their internal Do Not Call list.  If you have no prior relationship with them and this is truly a cold sales call, you can file complaints with the FCC and FTC as well as sue them in Small Claims Court for a DNC violation. The post above yours tells who they are and their Facebook Page likely has contact information to aid you in filing complaints or a lawsuit.
