Said there was a lawsuit claimed against me

Said there was a lawsuit against me and they were going to have a currier serve me with papers at my place of employment or home sometime this week.

I got the same call. What ever happened with it?  Did you believe them?

855-254-1476 called. The caller ID is "NAT CHECK RES." "Samantha Fields" said she is with "Legal Processing Services" and made a threatening call that said she had a notice of intent for a claim against me. She said if she heard nothing from me, then I'd be served at my residence or work place. She said if I refused to sign off on the claim, then she'd take further action against me. She said if I had any questions I should call "the following party 855-807-1820," which is a different number so I'm reporting it under that number as well as under the number in caller ID. 855-254-1476 also appears in 800notes.

(855) 254-1476 called again and left a message. This time the woman who called herself Samantha Fields said she was calling about documentation she has received in her office and said to call her at 855-807-1820. The previous two times she said to call "the following party" at that number. She didn't say who she was with.
