Missed a call saying their name was Vanessa and worked for the recovery payment division and to call them back. Sounds like a scam.

Saying they are calling to collect on a debt???

left a voicemail on husbands phone saying they have a complaint????

I get these call every few months.  I need to see some paperwork on this complaint.  😂😂😂

Kept calling me.  Said I had  an outstanding balance with a check to payday loan company.  I did have a few at that time, so like the idiot that I am, I set up  payments and now I find out they are a scam company.  Can't take it if it isn't there to take!  The company doesn't even do business on the east coast!  Checked my records, none for this business found.   PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECORDS BEFORE RESPONDING TO THIS COMPANY!

Complain at www.consumerfinance.gov & your state attorney general's office.

Called my phone saying thatcit was Ace Recovery and that documents was sent over with my name and social and that the company they working with wants them to file charges. I called the number it only ring

Why would you call them. This is obviously a scam. Not paying a debt does not result in "charges" as it is civil and not criminal.  Reading the other posts would have helped you greatly.
