This is a scam to attempt to get your SSI number and other information.

Got a call from this number saying a complaint had been filed against someone with our phone number. We needed to call another number to clear up the legal problems this was going to cause.

They called me this morning and stated that a complaint has been filed against me and that they advised that I seek legal representation.  It is a scam and I hung up.

Said a complaint was filed.  SCAM

yea right, i have a complaint and you are going to come and get me    i hope you do

3 calls in 5 minutes using my sister's name and part of her info in public records Said it was a collection action and they had legal papers to serve and that they were coming to my employer. I am a high end collector for a bank deailing in the collections of loans over $1million So I gave the guy a lecture on how many collection laws he just broke and he hung up so I called back. Got a voicemail saying it was the processing dept and everyone was busy

exactly the same thing what Joe Smo wrote above. He called on the same date as well. When I called up and inquired what is the name of this business? Richard Curry hung up.
