THIS PERSON CALLED ABOUT 3 PENDING COMPLAINTS AND THEN WHEN I CALLED BACK IT WAS 2 PENDING CHARGES AND OWING MONEY BUT NEEDING $1500 FOR FINDERS ATTORNEYS FEES!  THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME BUT MY DAUGHTER????????  COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT IT WAS ABOUT AND GOT VERY ANGRY WHEN I REQUESTED SOMETHING IN THE MAIL.  THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND A SUMMONS?? IN THE MAIL??  VERY ANGRY!!!!  DID NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES OR WHO WAS OWED!

This is a scam....they say you defaulted on a Pay Day loan...some are very convincing but the minute you press for information, they get abusive saying they will arrest you at work...blah, blah.  They have called my mom, and friends that were personal references.  Somewhere they are getting info.  It is a scam but irritating for sure!

This company has been contacting several of my family members, but has never tried contacting me.  They leave messages saying I have been warrents, and that they are filing restraning orders.  They even left a message at my parents house saying they were the sheriffs office and that I needed to get ahold of the company and left a court case number that does not exist.  This is illegal and harassment.
