Called from a private number. There number does not show. They left a message saying serving me with papers. I called back. Jerk wanted to argue that number 1, the company he supposedly is collecting for I never had a loan with; number 2, he says he mailed me at my home address, lie, I cannot receive mail at my home address - PO box must be used or mail will be returned; said they had served me court papers and there was an open civil case that has gone through court. Called the local civil places. Another lie. Called the company he supposedly is collecting for, they cannot locate any loan for me. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE COMPANY NAME, said he would transfer me to LEGAL DEPARTMENT which then he came back on the line. Called back after I spoke with the loan company and another guy supposedly (same voice) stated that they had mailed me and they are under no obligation. I informed him that this state REQUIRES YOU TO MAIL. Then he said he had to my physical. NOT POSSIBLE. Then he said to my email. NOT POSSIBLE. I reply to all of these stupid emails advising IF THEY ARE LEGIT to MAIL ME and I provide my PO Box. NO ONE HAS EVER SENT ME ANYTHING.

Received a call from a private number stating he was Ryan Burke, dispatcher from Worcester (which he pronounced incorrectly) County Court Carrier and he was trying to get in touch with me to deliver papers that I needed to sign.  He said they had a failed delivery on May 4 and that they were being sent out again today between 1 and 3:15 for me to sign  and if I had any questions or concerns or would be unable to sign for the papers I must call 855 807 5136.  Within three hours of receiving that call, I discovered that this gentleman also called two of my family members saying he was trying to get in touch with me about papers I needed to sign and he left a ticket service number 120126-4.  After researching the number I was brought here and I proceeded to look up the Worcester County Court Carrier to find it does not exist, which I expected was going to be the case.  As far as I have ever known the the court nor the sheriff's office will call to tell you they are delivering papers you must sign for which is what sent up a red flag about the call.  Any true LEGAL paperwork will come via registered mail or hand delivered by the sheriff.  If registered mail which must be signed for and no one is there, a yellow slip is left to be brought to the post office, and if delivered by a sheriff again paperwork is left and a copy sent by mail.  I have received neither.  So who are these people?
