Person left a voice mail on my cell phone which stating that they have tried to contact me several times with no success.  Well with no voicemail left until today, how can this person say they have tried to contact me and I have never received anything via the mail either let me know about any pending legal action against me

I received a call from this number. The person did not announce what company she was with only that her name was "Gale" She was reporting to me that someone (she named another person with my last name) was subject to fraudulent activity and needed to call them in order to "settle out of court". I called the number listed and reached something called "The Providence Group" and gave the extension she gave me, which directed me to "Gale's" Voice-mail. This definitely felt like a scam to me.

called stated that i was going to be served a summons today i did not pay $947.94 today on 2 payday loans.

calling my boyfriend to say they have some legal terms to speak about. this is the second place that has called my boyfriend trying to get some kind of money from him. i spoke to a woman and she told me she could tell me little information and asked me for the "case number" i gave the case number and started to explain how all of these places are calling and harassing and she hung up on me. i called back and now they wont answer the phone. something is smelling fishy fishy!!

This number called me too. He said therre has been some fraudlent clains against my social security #. The man would not give his name somethings does not sound right. I think it is a scam.

It's a collection agency representing western sky financial one of those online loans that will loan you 5k and charge you 40k
they called my sister to tell her that they were calling form Harris County and that they were going to come to my job if I didnt call them today. I called back and she was telling me they are trying to settle out of court today and I am on the docket for the 24th for this month which is 4 days away. Have not received any calls or mail from them. I told her to send me whatever she has and serve me and I will be there. She got upset because I would not settle and was choosing to get served she barely had any information one me. SCAM!

Person left a message without telling me where they were from and who the company they were representing was. They said they verified my employment and would be serving me a summons today and that my supervisor would have to be on premise to witness it. Told me I could call the company they were hired from but again - no real information what it was about or anything. Its a strong arm tactic by a collection company. Any "case or docket number" needs to come certified from a superior court. There's been nothing in the mail and certainly nothing from the courts. Its indeed a scam. But it sure gets your attention and your blood moving. Geez..

Person called my husband from this # and stated our daughter was wanted for fraudulent activity dating back to 2011. And that they could settle out of court today. He told them his wife would return the call. I googled it since I was highly suspicious. This has happened several times regarding our daughter and is always a scam. Just different fake companies.

They did the same to me so i reported it to the BBB,FBI, and my state attoreny general im wailting results. But its a scam.
