I called back becuz they called many times and left no voice message, I was tired of my phone ringing off the hook, he said he was with a debt collector, they had my name and address but anyone can get that info. He insisted that I give him the last numbers in my SS, I refused!  It is a SCAM...I never answered him with the word yes and that seemed to bother him, he was a foreigner heavy accent.  Never say the word yes when asked questions, a friend did that an ended up with $5,000 on credit card charged to her, a card she never had, it was a SCAM and so it this number...

I hung up once he said he was calling on a recorded line

Stayed on VM but left no message....
