If you had over drafted an account by that much, there would have been criminal charges against you brought by the District Attorney, not some scum sucking debt collector.  The person to whom you wrote that check to would have been the complainant.  Sorry you need to come up with a believable fairy tale, and that post isn't even close.  But then then company paid shill never were known for being smart.

There are people that are coming to this thread claiming they had a legitimate debt. It is obvious to me that they work for the company connected to this number and only came here to make the calls sound legitimate.

It appears to me that they are all the same company  ...  could be wrong but definitely not on the up and up.  I've been receiving calls from a Florida number from some woman named "Sharon Stone", stating there's an ongoing investigation and it is imperative that I call immediately and give this file number at that area code 561 number, which I haven't because some things are quite obvious.   Real legitimate company's won't call and leave a business message and not state the nature of the call, exactly who the creditor is, the exact amount of the debt and not a series of different phone numbers coming in that are saying the same nonsense when they call.  I returned a call coming in from Beverly Hills, CA and it automatically routed the call to Florida.  Not legit, no way!  SCAM!!

The Premiere Investigations using a (561) or (855) number based out of Miami is a FRAUDULENT company. There is a Premiere Investigations out of Margate Florida that is the legitimate one. The Miami company stole the name and information from the real Premiere to gain leverage into scaring people to pay made up debts. The REAL Premiere Investigations is based out of Margate Florida and has been in business for over 17 years. The company has only ONE employee and this company does NOT handle any debts what so ever. The real Premiere Investigations ONLY handles private investigator work NO BILLS OR DEBTS. The current owner of the real Premiere has been dealing with this problem for over a year now. If someone from Premiere calls you saying you owe money please just hang up and report them. The ONLY person that would call you from Premiere would be TERESA (Company owner; sole employee). The real Premiere has retained a lawyer for this purpose and is working indefinitely on getting this scam resolved. PLEASE IGNORE THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!! It is hurting the business for the real one which again, IS NOT A DEBT COLLECTING SERVICE AND NEVER WAS.

They called me about a KAY JEWELERS matter. I went right to 1-800 scam report. I called KAY JEWELERS and they told me they sold the debt. The matter was on my credit report/  I needed this matter off my credit report to buy my house. Before i gave them my info, I made sure that send me a letter first. I paid them the 596.93. I think the company is buying new debt now. Before you pay any debt, you should always get a credit report

What is the name & address of these fine folks?  Many others seem to think  this a SCAM, yet you are so happy with them.  Others have asked for company information yet none has appeared.    Why??

"I needed this matter off my credit report to buy my house."  I hate to burst your bubble but it is still on your credit report, for seven years.

OK..I make it all up because I work for the criminals.  I know nobody sell new debt but I thinking maybe you fall for it if I say that.  There is no company information because we have cell phones and live in mommy basement.

So you ignored all of the bills mailed to you by Kay Jeweler then decided to pay because this debt collector called you? If you were wanting to buy a house, why didn't you pay it off sooner, instead of waiting until the collector got it?
