I have no idea what this person is talking about, have nothing of any matter in bank loans or bank problem, call my bank and they told me i have nothing against me, tired of these people calling, they need to find a real job, than harassing other people for money!! I just wonder who else got this called from this number, 1-855-811-2108 ext: 250, didnt leave no name- Caller: BANK CALLER
- MJG replies to BETTYPhone calls, emails, faxes , & texts are NOT official notification. If they call again, DEMAND a WRITTEN document that is MAILED to you. It must give their company name & address, original creditor information, dates, amounts, etc. They have 5 days to comply after your request. Accept nothing else- but expect possible illegal threats & plenty of excuses but no letter. The 855 area code seems to be loaded with many callers like this one.

- Kim BrooksI got a call from this number on my job. The caller stated that he was trying to collect on a payday loan and that he was wanting to speak to my supervisor. He said he was representing Weiss Law Firm and gave the above number to contact. He also said that he was coming to my house the next day to serve me court papers. Of course no-one has showed up at my house and I do not have a payday loan nor have I ever had one. This is a scam.

- BigA replies to AshleyNothing to be confused about. This is simply an extortion attempt to collect a nonexistent debt. You should have kept reading and you would have found my other post with links to actual government sites, paid for with your tax dollars, that would have told you everything you needed to know, where you could have reported these crooks, and if you still had questions you could have contacted them for help.
