Got a call from these people they are claiming that I had a loan out for 550 bucks and it was deposited into my bank account that I don't even have anymore but just to be safe I called the bank and they told me i never had anything deposited into my account so I called the lady back samaua Campbell is her name and advised her of the information but she wasn't available so I told the other lady that answered and so convientliy samara calls me back from another number telling me that they will see me in court that loan company SAGAMORE is no where to be found on Internet other than scam comments it's a total scam

Wow how convenient all these calls have just came in. I received one as well claiming i owe for a payday loan from a place i have never heard of. They can't provide me any written documentation so they said they will see me in court. This is a total scam if they take you to court this is not the way it is done! Total Scam!

Yep I  just received the same phone call with the same message as those stated before me.  This is the 2nd time I have received a phone call like this.  Complete scammers.  This is harassment and I'm not sure how these people are allowed to get away with this.

Received a message saying something about a complaint. That I need to do some paperwork soon or I will be taken to court. Couldn't really understand the message

Just received the same phone call!! When I started to question their company they got defensive and hung up on me. I called back, asked them if there calls were recorded, they said something along the lines of "We do not have to disclose that information" And I said, actually you are required to by law. Then they said well because you don't wanna pay your debt good luck in court.

Looks like they may not be a scam, but are looking to try to find people who have skipped out on loans. I work in HR and we got a call from them asking if so-and-so still worked for us and if so how they can get in contact with them. I told them he doesn't work for us so they removed our number.

They are Scammers & if you actually worked in an HR dept. you'd have been able to spot them as such immediately.

My sister just had a message from this number, and she called them back and they said she owed money as well, said she had a loan for 400 (not sure the exact amount) and they said is was from 2012 and read her address (was an old address that she didn't even live at in 2012) they said if she didn't pay it they would see her in court, she told them, she would see them in court. Scarey part is, they have all her info including her social security #...

Looks like a scam calling me claim g to be debt collector

Got the same call as everyone else - that we took out a loan for some strange amount ($660.00) back in 2013 with INTENTIONS of frauding the company. When we asked her to e-mail us the information she refused and said an affidavit was filed and it will go to court. We told her to go ahead and schedule the court date! The SCARY part of this is that they had our bank account information - routing number and all! Please warn anyone you know not to get suckered into these scams!

I just received a call from this number as well and I let it go to voicemail because I didn't recognize it. The message was a recording, with my name in another recorded voice, stating that I needed to return their call or court proceedings would begin.
This is the 3rd call I've received from different phone numbers that seemed to have more information about me, my job & address history, than I would like them to. Definitely scammy.

Got a call from these people they are claiming that I had a loan out for $ 460.00 dollare  they had my old address  thay had the wrong bank is said don't bank than the said it your wife bank account so I said you do.not know what you talking about  I have the same bank for over 25 years total scam watch out

They called a few hours ago. Part of their voicemail was spoken by a person, the other half was computer recorded. They said there had been a formal complaint made against...Child Pigeon??? Child Pigeon, that's what the computer automated voice said, or seemed to say. I called back, they were closed. Let them bring a formal complaint. I don't do business over the phone, so they can send me their info and go from there. Basically, perch and spin, Baby!!!

Received a message saying someone filed a complaint against me and if I don't reach back out to them their next step is to process paper work with the clerk of courts. The voice was aggressive.  That kind of made me nervous.
