Calling me say they are suing me to pay certain amount and it wil be dropped they bring court papers to my house

I received a call from this number and a lady left a voicemail saying that she has tried on several occasions to locate my fiancé which in the voicemail she said different names for him. That she had some documents attached to his name and she was going to mark them as not being able to locate. She also said she was marking them as he was trying to avoid being located WHICH HE HAS NEVER DONE ANYTHING WRONG. THAT HE WAS TRYING TO HIDE SOMETHING. She left the number 855-811-5384 to call her back. This is very odd because last week I received the same kind of message but the message I got this foreign guy said he was from the United States IRS and that they were suing me for collections which I'm not in. He left a different number but pretty much the same kind of message. I have recently changed phone carriers last month and it's odd that we are now receiving these kinds of harassing threats!!! Because both are saying that we have 24 hours to do something about this. So please maybe with someone reading this will get this information to the right people to stop these people from harassing us. Thanks and good luck to everyone. I'm just really worried that the elderly will fall for these scams.

Received a message from someone named Cheryl Brandt, Advised that she is looking for someone I know. They wanted to verify information so that they could drop of documents she needed to sign.. this is a scam...!!
The call came through as restricted but she left a message with her name and to call back 855-811-5384

Someone left a voicemail from unknown and left the call back for 8558115384 stating the had papers for my dad's ex wife and she had been avoiding etc etc. once I called back stating that we hadn't had contact in over 8 years and I would like to be out on the do not call list. He told me(his name was Adam) "I don't know how the hell I could do that when we don't have one" I stated I don't know how you even got this number because this phone is not registered under my name it is registered under my boyfriends. He then stated that "he feels bad for my boyfriend for having to deal with such a miserable [***]" I told him he would be receiving a call from my county sheriffs office to have a great day. He then preceded to call from a blocked number over 50 times and sheriffs office can't do anything

Keep getting calls from this number stating that they are looking for my mother (whose name is on the phone account still). They've given the number 8558115384 for me to return the call. She has called, was told it was an account which she paid off almost 8 years ago and has confirmation of that payment. A "private courier" named Brian McCaffrey called me 4 times this morning while I was at work, I answered and asked that he stop calling because my mother cannot be reached here (I'm married and have since moved out of state) to which he stated wasn't his problem and if I knew her then I could certainly eat in touch with her. I again asked him to stop calling and to have a nice day then hung up. He called back immediately and much like an angry 15 year old would do, when I answered he said "We'll be visiting your home address tomorrow so be ready for us" and promptly hung up before I could even speak. I called my mom, told her about the calls and to not give these jokers a dime. It's just so ridiculous - they keep calling from an "Unknown" number so I have nothing to report and no caller ID. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS A DIME OR ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL
INFORMATION!!

Also received phone call from 855-811-5384. They have called my son and now my sons brother in law. Stating they are a private courier and have papers to be delivered. They say I'm combative and evasive. And if I don't call them the papers will be returned to the original creditor and escalate actions against me. I don't owe anyone and haven't been hiding from anyone. This is a scam.
