It is a fairly large auto body company that does work with different insurance companies (insurance adjuster/quote). Typically your insurance will have these people call you. They wont cold call you, since they have nothing to sell...

There IS a company called "Caliber Collison".  However, which of their branch sites uses this phone number?

Caliber Collision. If you took your car to them to be repaired from a collision or had an appraisal done this is why they are calling. Your insurance also might've referred them to you. I used the office in Anaheim for my appraisal so I'm assuming this is one of the Anaheim CA toll free numbers.
