Michael Beard called a friend of mine and got her in a panic saying they were going to serve me with papers for fraud today.  Typical scammers trying to scare folks into paying money. Will be reporting it.

Someone with, the last name smith called my phone restricted and said I was getting served with court papers for fraud but when I asked where they were located they said n new york cause the texas location doesn't handle there own cases which is dumb

I got a call from someone by the name of Jonathan fisher saying that a person (I used to work with)
Was a suspect in fraud and my name and social security number were
Used and he wanted to serve me with papers and to call legal services
With the number of 1-855-811-6357 and gave me a "docket number"
I called the other person involved (she also got a call similar to mine)
I called the sherrifs department who said one of two things would happen
If what this guy said were true 1) credit beaureau would call 2) it would
Go to court in which case an officer of the law and ONLY an officer
Would serve me with papers for court not some fake name with no busisness
Name. Report this make it known they are fishers for those who will
Give out their ss number DONT

I have called back answered as legal services.

I have had calls to this number for this person for 3 years. It was a virgin number when I got it.
I have talke to numerous organizations who said I would not recieve calls for this person but they continue.
