"Mark Holloway" called last week stating an action was going to be filed against me in a county where I haven't lived in over 5 years & gave a reference number. Stated if I didn't respond they would file an "order to locate" if I didn't respond. Repeatedly called my ex-husband from whom I have been divorced for over 20 years. I called the number back & asked the woman to answer to identify who she works for. She said ~we~ "work for a number of companies as attorneys." I asked who the claim was from; she said "Enterprise." When I asked Enterprise who, she rudely said "just Enterprise." Told me my file was in "red flag" status & she needed me to give her my birthdate & last four of my social. When I refused, she became very hostile and said she couldn't help me. I got another call this morning from "Mark Holloway" that was very aggressive. I let it go to voicemail, as I believe this to be a scam.

Typical comments fr0m a LIAR & bottom feeder.  IF they had a REAL claim, you would not be notified.  Give your state attorney general's office  call & then block these crooks.  Another SCARE tactic - why would they need an order of location since they know where you are??  Phone calls are NOT official notification either.

"Ashley Davis" called and left a message on my voicemail that doesn't say my full name, only an portion of my first name (and not my legal name) and said they were going to file suit against me in a county I haven't lived in for 18 years.  Also said they would call my work and speak with my supervisor because I could be found there, yet never stated my place of employment.  Have called a friend and my husband as well and said "we aren't filing against you but you know this person and have known to live with them".  Don't leave anything other than threats.  Also state that the message is my legal notice which a message on a phone is not legal notice.  What a joke...just annoying!!!

'Trisha Williams' contacting in regards to a claim previously filed in (county I do not live in anymore) intending on proceeding with order of location blah blah blah..... most likely a scam, this voicemail was left on my ex-wifes phone.
