I have received multiple calls from this number and I DO NOT OWN a Virgin phone, nor have I ever had one. This is ridiculous and the number should be investigated; either this is a scam or a very poorly run debt collection agency that can not even get its clients straight.

I dont even use Virgin Mobile.

I have been receiving calls from this number saying that they are calling from Virgin Mobile and now are leaving messages for me to return their calls from virgin mobile. I haven't had an account with virgin mobile for years, for sure a scam.

2016 here, and this had just began with me aswell. It got to the point he was screaming for my credit card information.

I'm getting calls about my boyfriends phone bill and they expect me to pay it im like wtf I told.them I'm not reliable for this it's not mine stop calling me .they still do err

Called and wanted me to confirm my personal info. (for security reasons). What scam be this now?

Called saying I owed an outstanding balance that actually matched a previous balance that I knew I had paid. The woman was rude, I was outraged and can't remember if I gave her the answer to any account security questions. So rattled. Virgin needs to get on this it's 2017. 5 years since the original post, you'd think they might care about future business

Got a call today from this number claiming to be from Virgin mobile, stating I owed my last bill amount which was to be automatically taken from my credit card like all the other times I had a bill. I mentioned that and was told that they lost my credit card info when they closed my account. I asked how can i verify you work for virgin and was told i will give you my id number and when we are done processing your payment you can call back this number and verify the id number. I laughed and asked why the hell would i pay first and verify afterwards?  she told me she didn't know what to tell me. so i hung up and emailed virgin mobile for an answer to see whats going on.

Call almost daily. Saying they're Virgin mobile. Virgin said they dont have this number and dont call clients for accounts. Its a scam. Suspect call comes from outside the country as all callers have the same accent. They always leave message. Block this number.

Got a voicemail from this number, guy said was from virgin mobile and to call back at this number.  Not with this service provider for anything.

Just received a voice message from 'Virgin Mobile' saying call back was necessary and urgent. I have never been a Virgin mobile customer. This is a scam for sure.

I get a call from this number atleast 3 times a day. No voice mail and no one on the other end when I answer the phone just hangups. I blocked the number
