This man Preston Lucas (so he says) calls on "behalf" of URG claiming if i don't call them he will be serving papers. i told him that i was informed that they do not have the contract to collect on that particular debt. he said he could not discuss any of that i would have to call them. i told him they had not sent me any thing in the mail to prove the validity of said contract.  He kept blowing me off. I asked for the name of his company and he kept tellign me he was an individual contractor. I told him that he should still have a company name and he refused to give it to me. i asked repeatedly and he would not give me anymore information concerning him. Does not sound legit, it is interesting that "URG" and he both had an 855 number.  Everything that i have read about URG is not good and i refuse to do any further "business" with them. They did manage to get part of money i owed to someone else by threats of arrest and jail. They violated the Fair Debt Collections Act in several instances. I was advised to stop dealing with them.
