keep getting calls from them asking for a completely different person but no matter how many times i've told them they have the wrong number they'll always call back threatening legal action. this time i told them if they called again i was going to pursue legal action against them. I'm just getting tired of

I keep getting call s now to my exhusbands house and my parents house for a Jennifer Kline from 855-812-2738

This number has been calling my work and calling my mothers residence along with my cell phones. They leave threatening messages stating that I must contact them within 24 hours or they will be filing papers with court house and sometimes they say that they will be coming to my residence or my place of work. They claim to be lawyers and then at times they claim to be investigators. They leave different names but never a company name.

Received a call (went to voicemail) from 855-812-2738 and heard the same message as others have explained, but it was left on one of my kids phones.  This kind of stuff is wrong and should be STOPPED!!!

Hi guys ! great posts ! we have to take these con artists down, I found out a key piece of information that could land all theses crooks in jail! They are using a alias company that works on their behalf to "break all the rules " Thats why you get calls from a (Julie Green) who passes along contact info. I have the proof that they are connected. we need to start the class action. i will be contacting the N.Y. attorney general on Monday.

Scum bag, spineless jearkoffs. They call and harass you at work 5 and 6 times a day. Get rude with whoever is on the phone. They call friends and family and harass them. They say that they have court papers for you and that they are a processor. They are going to have you served or arrested. These people, If you can call them people need to be stopped, crushed, destroyed.  

Have been receiving phone calls at least twice a week.  The calls are very threatening, stating I am going to be arrested and the papers have been sent to the DA office.  I no longer live in county where they say they sent papers.  Called county and was told there was nothing filed against me.  They also said they could not collect the way they are trying to collect.  I am sick with Stage 3 lung cancer and they are upsetting me and making my condition worse.  If I did make this loan with Cash Net I was not competent during that time during to so much chemo.  I just want them to stop calling and leaving these threatening messages.
