She wanted to speak to whoever made travel arrangements for the company.

Blocking through bank so they could no longer attempt to withdraw finances.

Caller saying he is from a hotel chain, wanting to talk to Purchasing, had an employee's name.  The number is on our do not answer list, but operator picked up before reviewing the list.  Gave no information, transferred to voicemail.
