Just received a phone call at my place of employment. Said they were with "prelegal services" in regards to a payday loan, and that it was regarding a payday loan with plaingreen loans, and they were filing papers for a worthless check charge in my state. First people, please do  not fall for this. I DID have a plaingreen loan in 2011. I fell behind after a few payments totalling around $200 dollars for a $600 loan. When I called to try and work something out, my balace was up to over $1300. Sorry, but that is not going to happen. I stopped hearing about it after that. There is NOTHING on my credit report for this. I called and found out who Plaingreen sold it to.. National Credit Adjusters.. Who then sold it to a Del Ray Creditors (sp), whose numbers is no longer in service.

When I asked the people at the 855-816-4648 number for verification, I was given the run around. There is NO SUCH THING AS CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR A PAYDAY LOAN. Can they sue you for a garnishment? Yes, but that is not criminal. There is not an actual check involved. There are trying to scare you. Please don't fall for this and report them.
